After chapters of instructions and seven days of ordination, Moses gathers Israel with an electric announcement: today the LORD will appear to you.

Preparation was never the point; Presence was. As you read the careful obedience of these chapters, keep the destination in view, and bring the same expectancy to your own time in the Word. He still appears to people who prepare room.

Chapter after chapter of obedience, wash this, wear that, seven days at the entrance, and then the payoff line: so that the glory of the LORD may appear to you. Leviticus is not bureaucracy; it is hospitality, a people making room for Presence. The preparation was real, but the appearing was the point.

Jesus' soil parable says the same about hearing: the prepared heart is the one where the word yields thirty, sixty, a hundredfold. So prepare like it matters and expect like He is coming, because the measure you use, in attention, in obedience, in room made, is the measure you will receive. The LORD still appears to people who make room.
