Summer Groups

Our groups are currently out of season.

Our Spirit Groups run on a trimester calendar. The Summer 2026 Spirit Groups directory will be available for signups on May 31, with many groups beginning the week of June 7, 2026. Once the directory is live, you’ll be able to search dozens of groups by day, type, location, and more.

However, there are a select few groups that continue meeting out of season. If you’d still like to view the directory, click below.

What exactly is a Spirit Group?

Spirit Groups create a space for people to intentionally share their lives with others, grow spiritually together, and encourage each other through the highs and lows of life. A Spirit Group Leader determines how often their group meets and what the focus of the group is. Spirit Groups gather in homes, coffee shops, and other places where people love to connect.

What do you actually do in a Spirit Group?

Every Spirit Group has the same goal: to grow in our relationship with God and with each other. But every group does that in a unique way. Some discuss the weekend message or go through a curriculum together. Others build relationships through activities like running, pickleball, or board games. Some simply serve together in the community. No matter the format, every Spirit Group is built around two things: meaningful relationships and conversations that help people grow in their faith.

Are kids welcome/childcare provided?

Is it okay to "shop around" for a Spirit Group?

Absolutely! It’s understandable to want to find people you feel comfortable opening up to and developing friendships with. That being said, if you’ve joined a Spirit Group and aren’t sure if it’s the right fit for you, don’t give up. Keep in mind that there’s no such thing as a perfect group because there are no perfect people. Remember to have grace and patience during the process. If it’s clear that this group isn’t the best fit for you, though, give another group a try.
