An old servant sets out on an impossible errand, find a bride for Isaac among strangers, with nothing to steer by except prayer. Before he finishes praying at the well, the answer walks up carrying a jar.

Trust in the LORD with all your heart, today's proverb says, and He will make your paths straight. Today you get to watch that verse happen to somebody.

The servant in Genesis 24 is a live demonstration of Proverbs 3. He had understanding to lean on, decades of competence, and instead he leaned on prayer: LORD, give me success today. The path straightened so fast it startled him. He bowed and worshiped in the middle of the errand, before the deal was even closed.

In all your ways is the phrase to carry out the door, not just the crises, the errands. The commute, the email, the appointment, each one submitted, each one steerable. And if you doubt God's willingness to be that involved, replay the healing scene: Lord, if You are willing. I am willing. He said it with His hand already out.
