A queen travels a thousand miles to test Solomon with hard questions and leaves breathless. Paul says something even better is true of you: the Spirit of God has moved into your chest and taught it a new first word.

That word is Abba. Father. Read everything today as someone who belongs at the table, not someone auditioning for a seat.

Rehoboam had a father and never learned from him. One arrogant sentence tore ten tribes away. Romans 8 offers the opposite inheritance: a Spirit who teaches you to say Father and means it, an adoption no advisor can talk you out of.

Notice what David and Paul agree on. God delighted in me. Abba, Father. The strongest people you met today are not the ones with armies or fleets and gold by the ton. They are the ones who know whose they are. Kingdoms split in one conversation. Adoption holds forever.
