A king stands on a hill, outnumbered two to one, and announces the only fact that matters: God is with us; he is our leader. A few pages over, Paul reaches the summit of Romans and asks the question that ends every argument: if God is for us, who can be against us?
Read today like reinforcements have already arrived.
Abijah's army was half the size and his theology was the whole battle. God is with us. That was the strategy, and it held. Paul stacks the same logic higher: He who did not spare His own Son will not run out of generosity partway through your story.
Everything this week has been building here. No condemnation, Abba, and now no separation. Trouble is real. Hardship is real. But the list of things that can pull you out of His love has zero items on it. Walk into tomorrow outnumbered and unafraid.
