Twelve scouts walk the promised land for forty days and come back carrying one cluster of grapes and two reports. Same valleys, same cities, same giants, opposite conclusions.

The difference was never the data. It was whether God made it into the analysis. As you read, listen for how each report ends, and notice which voice your own worries usually borrow.

The ten spies did honest math with one variable missing, and the missing variable was the entire covenant. We seemed like grasshoppers in our own eyes: fear had already recast them before any giant said a word. Caleb saw the same walls and reached a different sum, because the LORD was in his equation.

Gethsemane shows the greater arithmetic: Jesus saw the full terror of the cup, no denial, no minimizing, and still concluded Abba, not what I will, but what You will. Faith is not pretending the giants are small. It is refusing to leave God out of the count. Rerun today's scariest report with Him in it.
