Do not let your hearts be troubled, Jesus tells eleven very troubled men. My Father's house has many rooms; I am going there to prepare a place for you.
Thomas admits nobody knows the way, and Jesus gives the answer that reroutes every human search: I am the way and the truth and the life. Today David's throne reaches Jerusalem, and the ark comes home dancing. The way is a Person. Walk with Him.
Uzzah's cart and Thomas's question expose the same instinct: we want manageable methods, a technology for handling God, a map for reaching Him. God refused the cart and Jesus retired the map, the way is not a system but Himself, truth with a face, life with wounds, walking you personally to the Father's house.
So the troubled-heart cure is not more certainty about the route but more trust in the Guide: believe also in Me. And when the ark finally moved God's way, David danced without dignity, the right response to Presence restored. Follow the Person today, ask boldly in His name, and do not be above dancing when He comes through.
