Today Job's story ends, and not the way debate club rules would score it. Job never gets his explanation. He gets something he stops asking for the moment it arrives: God Himself, up close.

Forty chapters of questions dissolve in one encounter. Whatever you have been demanding answers about, hold it loosely this morning. The Answerer outweighs the answers.

Job asked for a hearing and got a revelation, and the exchange satisfied him completely. I had heard of you, now my eyes have seen you. Secondhand theology became firsthand encounter, and the questions that had burned for forty chapters simply stopped mattering. Not answered. Outgrown.

Then notice the assignment hidden in the ending: the man who suffered becomes the man who prays for his accusers, and restoration flows through that prayer. Paul calls the same pattern ambassadorship, reconciled people carrying reconciliation. Your wounds, healed, become someone else's welcome.
