Joy by the Spirit

Have you ever felt like your joy was missing?

In Week 2 of our Life in the Spirit series, Brad shares a message called “Joy by the Spirit” — revealing that joy isn’t something we strive for, but something the Holy Spirit produces in us when we abide in Jesus.

Joy is more than a feeling. It’s a deep, steady contentment of the soul that comes from knowing and trusting God — even when life feels uncertain.

Through John 15, Galatians 5, and Nehemiah 8, we learn that when our joy is low, it’s not a fruit problem, it’s a root problem. The fruit of joy grows naturally when our lives stay connected to the source: Jesus.

In this message, Brad unpacks how to find strength in joy and how to get it back when it’s gone — reminding us that:

1️⃣ When life seems to fall apart, God is still in control.

2️⃣ When life feels hopeless, God is still working for good.

3️⃣ When we can’t see Him, He is still worthy of praise.

If you’ve ever battled anxiety, stress, or spiritual exhaustion, this message will help you discover how to abide again, reconnect with the source, and experience the kind of joy that doesn’t fade when circumstances change.
