You're in a fight. Whether you meant to be in one or not.

The argument that went ten levels deeper than it should have. The thing someone said three weeks ago that's still running laps in your head. The fear that wakes you at 3 a.m. and won't tell you its name. That's not a bad week. That's a battlefield.

When we asked what you wanted to hear about, one topic won by a long shot. So in Week 1 of our new series, You Asked For It, Brad takes on spiritual warfare — without the Hollywood version, and without the obsession.

If you've ever wondered whether the devil is actually real, or just a cartoon with a pitchfork, this is for you.

If you've ever known something was a lie and still couldn't shake it, this is for you.

If you've ever wondered whether what you're walking through is an attack, a consequence, or something God is up to, this is for you.

If you've ever had a dream, a moment in your house, or an experience you couldn't explain and never told anyone about, this is for you.

If you keep praying about the same thing and nothing seems to move, this is for you.

And if you've lost this fight for so long that you've started to believe it's just who you are now, this is especially for you.

Because Jesus went to a cross and didn't stay there. He went to a tomb and didn't stay there either. The battle that decides everything has already been won.

You don't fight for victory. You fight from victory.
